There are 40 (42) wave height series, 50 wave height series and 65 wave height series. Generally speaking, the lower the wave height, the lower the bearing capacity, and then the larger the wave crest spacing, the smaller the bearing capacity. If the thickness of the entire floor is within 10 cm, it is best to choose the wave height 40 (42) series, and the thickness of the entire floor will be 50 wave height series within 10-13 cm, preferably 75 series above 13 cm. Some people will ask, why? In fact, there is a requirement in the Chinese reinforced concrete building code that the concrete protective layer above the steel bars should not be lower than 2.5 cm, that is, the wave height of the floor deck itself + the thickness of the steel mesh (generally 2 cm) + 2.5 cm of the protective layer ≤ floor slab thickness.
