Floor decking steel sheet

Floor deck means pressed steel plate not only as a permanent template of concrete floor, but also as load-bearing bar at the bottom of the floor to participate in the stress calculation, to work together with concrete to form a composite floor slab.

Performance of composite floor slab: Saving a lot of temporary template; Leaving out all or part of the template support; Cut concrete dosage; Lighten permanent load of the structure; Saving a lot of labor force in transport, storage and installation, which has more important significance in both high-rise buildings and seismic regions; Reducing the workload; Easy laying pipelines of communication, electric power and heating; Also easy laying of heat preservation, sound insulation, heat insulation and vibration isolation material; Improving the floor performance; full playing good steel's tensile strength and ductility and concrete's compressive strength and large stiffness.

Note: Matters needs attention in floor deck installation

Column grid spacing generally is 5~9.0m*8~15m and steel structure beam spacing is 3m. Fabrication length of floor deck is 4.97~8.97m. Transportation and installation are more difficult, especially for floor deck with arc vertical hoisting. It is difficult to coat between the beams and narrow down, which also disrupts the second beam welding normal working procedure. Fabrication length is limited to 3~6m, which can avoid lifting problems of secondary girder in vertical transportation. When using special soft sling in hoisting, one should check whether the soft slings are torn or cut off. When floor deck is placed aside the steel beam, it should avoid probe. When operating, personnel should wear seat belts and ensure that sides' parts are on the perimeter security line. Before using penetration welding spot in welding connection, one should prepare leftover material arc welding, adjust welding current adjustment. Because of no horizontal template and the vertical support plate at the bottom of the floor deck, material should not be too concentrated when watering the concrete. It adopts the planar vibrator and apportions vibrating in a timely manner.
